3. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are subject to acceptance by the Gallery. By purchasing from this website or gallery, you agree to the terms and conditions stated herein, regardless of whether or not you have read the Terms.  

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be received before artwork is released or shipped.
  • Applicable taxes, shipping, insurance, and handling charges may be added.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Contact the gallery and arrange for shipping directly with the artist. Artwork price does not include shipping. 

  • Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser upon delivery.
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • Shipping is Shipping timelines are estimates only.
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers are beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Original artwork, cards and print sales are final. 
  • We do our utmost to provide excellent quality items, if you have questions or concerns, please contact us at manager@thetalentgallery.art or 541-897-0050. 
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.
  • Damaged shipments must be reported within 5 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • Images
  • Artwork reproductions
  • Text
  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Design elements

is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

No artwork images may be reproduced, downloaded for commercial use, published, or distributed without prior written permission from the Gallery and/or the artist.

7. Artist Rights

Copyright to artworks remains with the artist unless expressly transferred in writing.

Purchase of artwork does not transfer reproduction rights, copyright ownership, or licensing rights.

8. Events

  • We reserve the right to modify schedules, speakers, or venues.
  • Events may be cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control.

This website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or policies of those websites.

10. Disclaimer

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
